This term many beginners are enjoying the opportunity to attend a second class each week. Those who attend more frequently tend to experience very tangible improvements in strength, balance, mobility, focus, skills and understanding.
Level 1 is structured a bit differently to beginners’ courses. You can sign up for a membership, and conveniently book yourself into or cancel classes online. Students usually spend about a year in this level.

We have a special one-time only offer for those who are ready to transition to Level 1 after this course ends on April 10th.
Sign up for a one-class a week membership and attend two classes a week for the first month at no extra charge. At the end of the month you have the option to easily upgrade to the two (or three) classes per week membership if you wish.
There are no lock-in contracts so you can cancel or pause at any time (with a week’s notice) Memberships offer the best value and convenience.

If a membership is not for you, it is also possible to purchase a 10-class or single class pass to attend the level 1 classes.

Beginners Passes Extended
We have heard from a number of you who missed classes due to COVID infection or close contact status. We will always carry over missed classes due to health issues as credits if requested but ask that you please notify us as soon as possible. Please contact us also when booking your next course so we can ensure that your credits are applied before payment. We thank you for your consideration in staying at home when unwell or COVID-positive and wish all a speedy recovery.

Your 10-week beginners passes have just been extended for two extra weeks to cover the term break period, and if you have any unused classes you can book yourself in to the casual classes either beginners or Level 1 between the 11th and 24th inclusive.

We run a modified timetable for two weeks over the school term break, and usually offer intensives at most levels for keen students looking to challenge themselves and go deeper into the yoga experience.

4 consecutive mornings of yoga for those who have completed a beginners yoga course, and level 1 students.

Easter Intensive Advanced
Four consecutive days of yoga
for  Level 2 and/or level 3 students, & the very keen level 1/2s.

Pixie Lillas Workshop March 11th – 13th
Once again our students and teachers have had a wonderful weekend with Pixie. We breathed a sigh of relief that the workshop was able to go ahead without any lockdowns or restrictions imposed. Some participants were isolating as close contacts of COVID positive family-members and we adapted by setting up the classes on Zoom also so they were still able to join in.
Pixie generously shared her expertise and knowledge to challenge each one of us to go deeper and discover something new within our practice. For those who missed out we have plans for another Pixie workshop for 2023 in the pipeline.

Violet Guide Dog Relaxes at Yoga 2022

Inclusive Yoga classes at Hamilton Yoga
Violet below takes a well-earned break from her duties during a 5-week yoga course at Hamilton Yoga organised by Guide Dogs Australia. It has been a great learning experience for all of us (with the exception of Violet who is all over it) Iyengar Yoga is an intelligent and inclusive yoga method and the proof is that we have a group of students keen to continue once the official program concludes.
