Dear students and friends of Hamilton Yoga,
Summer has arrived – the fragrances from frangipani and jasmine flowers waft in through our open windows as we practice. The studio is a cool refuge from the blasting heat on those stinking hot days, and the restorative poses are a soothing balm. Like water to thirsty plants yoga revives and refreshes.
Celebrate a fresh new year together
Now that borders have re-opened we are, to great relief, catching up with family and friends. The busy time of year is even busier than usual so we have decided to move our social picnic get-together in Gregson Park for later in January instead of December.
Keep Jan 16th from 12.30pm clear in your diaries for a very relaxed picnic lunch under a shady tree in the park just opposite from Hamilton Yoga. All friends, family and pooches very welcome.
Summer Yoga Intensives
Places strictly limited – bookings essential
Something for everyone this January with yoga intensives at all levels. Lean into 2021 and challenge yourself with a New Year’s Intensive. Experience the life-changing effect of daily yoga practice.
Members at Hamilton Yoga attending intensives will have their payments/passes paused for that week.
Keen Beginners Evening Intensive
January 4th to 14th 7.15 – 8.30pm
8 classes (75 minutes each) over two weeks Monday to Thursday $144
Attend our crash-course beginners intensive. Perfect for new yoga students and those wanting a refresher to return to yoga after a break. Learn yoga properly, at your own pace with others at the same level. Once you have completed this intensive you can move on to Level 1 classes.
Healthy sustainable habits for mind and body are the best investment for future wellbeing.
Level 1 Summer Morning Intensive
Jan 4th to 8th Monday to Friday 8:00 – 9:30am
5 classes (90 minutes each) over 5 days with Candace $98
For level 1 students & those who have attended a minimum 10 weeks of our beginners yoga course or the equivalent elsewhere.
Level 2 Summer Morning Intensive
January Monday 11 to Thursday 14
6:00 – 8:00am 4 classes (2 hours each) over 4 mornings
with Amanda $98
For our level 2 students and those with a minimum of two years yoga experience. Please contact reception if you’re new to our school
SUMMER BREAK AT HAMILTON YOGA
Dec 21st 2020 to January 24th 2021
Check out our Summer program modified timetable over the 5 weeks of term break.
All memberships will be automatically paused for these two weeks. Members are welcome to attend at this time and those who attend will have their memberships un-paused.
If you require a longer break, please email reception with the dates you will be away.

We usually close over the 2 weeks of Christmas / New Years, but this year are running one class a day, especially for those who are keen to keep up momentum over the term break.

These classes are open to all students
Please note there will be no classes Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas Day (Dec 25), New Year’s Eve (Dec 31) or New Year’s Day (Jan 1 )
Pixie Lillas Workshop 2021
We are beyond words… After having to cancel Pixie’s sold-out workshop in March (seems like a lifetime ago) we have some good news – keep the 12, 13 & 14 March 2021 free in your diaries. Bookings will open in early January for a Friday evening advanced and weekend general level workshop. More details to come soon.
We have three weeks of regular classes before the Summer Schedule begins and are looking forward to seeing everyone on the mat as this massive 2020 wraps up.
