Led Practice

Class Description

Led Practice

Led Practice is open to regular students at Hamilton Yoga only. Led practice is not a class but a weekly practice session for experienced students.

Led practice is as the name suggests, not a regular class with a teacher. Led practice rather provides a way to transform a student from receiving instructions in class to developing their own practice, which is what lies at the heart of becoming a practitioner of yoga.

One of our experienced students will often lead the session by calling the pose name of a predeveloped sequence and demonstrating it. No further instructions are given.

Attendance to our led practice sessions is free for those with a Standard or Dedicated Membership, or can be attended by purchasing a led practice pass.
