Private Yoga Classes Newcastle

Class Description

Private & Group Bookings

At Hamilton Yoga, we gladly accommodate private classes for individuals as well as corporate events for different sectors, i.e. corporate companies, schools (for students or for staff), sports organisations or workplaces. Whether you would like to organise a one-off event or utilise a custom-designed program over several sessions, we can work with you to meet your needs.

Yoga sessions are well-regarded as a relaxing offset for office workers and stimulating for the body and mind. Iyengar yoga also can be highly beneficial for sports athletes to accompany their training or as a team-building exercise.
